HESOYAM.SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

USE OF OUR WEBSITE: By using this website and placing orders, you agree to:

• Only make genuine inquiries and valid orders.
• Avoid false or fraudulent orders. We'll cancel suspicious orders and inform authorities.
• Provide accurate contact details, which we may use regarding your order.

1. ORDER CONFIRMATION: Post-order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: All orders depend on product availability. If unavailable, we may suggest an alternative. If unaccepted, we'll refund any payments made.

3. ORDER PROCESSING: We may refuse an order post -order Confirmation under exceptional circumstances. Products can be removed or modified anytime without liability post-order Confirmation.

4. DELIVERY: Based on product availability and circumstances, we aim to deliver within 30 days of Order Confirmation. However, unforeseen delays may occur.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT: Though we strive for accurate prices, errors may occur. Any pricing error will be communicated and you can choose to continue or cancel. Prices are subject to change and exclude GST and delivery charges.

6. INVOICE: An invoice will accompany your delivered products.

7. TAXES: All purchases are subject to relevant taxes including, but not limited to, GST.

8. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. A video proof of opening the package is required for all returns.
• Returns are not accepted for items that are intentionally damaged, worn, washed, or soiled.
• Sales are final, with exceptions outlined in the terms. Please check sizes before the purchase.

9. RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

• Some products (masks, boxers, shorts, stickers) are non-returnable/exchangeable.
• Defective products can be reported at contact@hesoyam.shop.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges have a ₹100 fee.
• If an exchange item is unavailable, a coupon of the purchase value will be provided.

10. REFUNDS:

• No refunds.
• Defective items will be replaced free of charge.
